格隆汇6月7日丨宝莱特(300246)(300246.SZ)于2023年6月6日、2023年6月7日接受机构调研，交流环节中，就“腹膜透析治疗的前景如何？”，公司回复称，腹膜透析是终末期肾脏病(ESRD)的早期治疗方式之一，它主要是依靠肾脏的残余功能，利用患者自身的腹膜作为半透膜进行透析。腹膜透析治疗的优势是患者可以居家治疗，对时间和地点没有严格限制，其中自动化腹膜透析可通过设备在夜间居家进行，患者白天可以正常工作、学习，更加灵活、便捷。随着国家及各地方政策对腹膜透析支持力度加大，以及对该种治疗模式更大范围的推广，将会有更多患者采用腹膜透析进行早期治疗。我们认为家庭自动化腹膜透析将会成为新趋势，未来也将有辽阔的市场空间，未来主流的治疗方式将很可能走向如同香港、新加坡的模式，即患者先进行腹膜透析治疗，再进行血液透析治疗。
